Older Turquoise and Coral "Gau"

Very heavy large Gau (1 1/2 x 3/4 x 3/4 inches) has been sealed shut long before we bought it, so it is a non-functioning gau.  We paired this older piece with 19-inches of rough, matte turquoise in several colors to keep it looking like an older piece.   Round turquoise beads were taken off an estate piece.  Found red beads (we do not think they are coral) highlight the piece.  Balinese silver completes the look.  Sterling claw clasp.   NOTE:  TURQUOISE IS DIFFICULT TO GET ACCURATE COLOR ON, AND THEN IT HAS TO TRANSLATE INTO YOUR SCREEN.  The color is closer to the color in the earrings photo, a blue-green, but please also see the detail shot of the unevenly colored older matte beads.  Includes earrings!

Saffron Yab-Yum

What may be a saffron-colored resin Pendant of the Yab-yum or consorts hangs from saffron-colored seed beads with Indian brushed brass beads.  The front, shown left, features the Yab-yum; the back is harder to recognize, but may be a khatvang, a ritual staff used by tantric dieties.

5mm round Turquoise and 3mm Carnelian pairs with Balinese silver spacers to create an unusual necklace.  "Claw" is capped with sterling and coral teardrops.  Sterling claw clasp.
