Temple incense burner bought from a Tibetan Lama, said to be gold plated. 
We do not know its age.  The base is 4 1/2-inches tall, with elephants in four directions. 
The brazier with lid is also 4+inches tall, with dragons on four sides. 
The lid has a dragon on it, and cloud patterns.  The entire thing is intricate and quite lovely. 
Pujas or incense can be burned in its brazier.
